The brief
Hubo runs 160+ home-improvement stores across the Netherlands and needed a recruitment site separate from its main retail brand — one focused entirely on getting candidates from "browsing roles" to "applying" as quickly as possible.
The portal centres on a searchable vacancy listing (cashier, store assistant, and helper roles across locations), supported by a short company-story section and a clear path into franchise-opportunity enquiries.
